Skafonas Apartments is not just an apartment rental in Corfu – it is the result of a family journey rooted in love for nature, tradition, and authentic hospitality.
Since 1985, the Alamanos family has offered peaceful and heartfelt accommodation nestled between the villages of Pelekas and Sinarades, surrounded by green hills, olive groves, and the unspoiled beaches of western Corfu.
Our location is ideal for discovering some of Corfu’s most beautiful west coast beaches, all within a short drive:
🌊 Gialiskari – a hidden, quiet cove with crystal-clear waters, just 5 minutes away.
🌊 Kontogialos (Pelekas Beach) – popular but peaceful, with soft sand, calm waves and stunning sunsets.
🌊 Other beaches, such as Glyfada, Agios Gordios, Myrtiotissa, and Ermones, are all within 10–25 minutes by car and offer a range of natural beauty for families, couples, or nature lovers.
Skafonas is practical in location and strategically positioned to offer the best of Corfu’s coastline and countryside — with peace, space, and local character.
In 2025, a new chapter began for Skafonas Apartments.
The second generation of the family, with a background in tourism and hospitality, led a complete renovation of the apartments, transforming them into modern, flexible and comfortable living spaces that respect Corfu’s local character while meeting the needs of today’s travellers.
We now offer accommodation in Pelekas with comfort and soul. Our apartments are ideal for families with children, couples, or digital nomads, offering flexibility, privacy, super-fast internet (Starlink), and a close connection to Corfu’s natural surroundings.
Our approach remains warm and personal. We welcome every guest with care and a smile, paying attention to the small things that make a stay feel special. For us, hospitality is a matter of trust and connection.
